These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the enrollment of campers in our educational STEM programs. By using this website or registering for a camp, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Program Eligibility

• Our programs are designed for students of ages 14 to 18 years.
• Registrations for minors must be completed by a parent or a legal guardian.
• By enrolling, the guardian confirms that the student meets the age and participation requirements.

2. Registration & Payment

• All registrations must be completed online through our official website.
• Camp tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration via credit card (online only).
• Registration is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email is issued.
• Enrollment is subject to availability and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• A non-refundable $50 registration fee is included in all tuition payments.
• Full Refund (minus $50 fee): Available if canceled 3 weeks or more before the camp start date.
• 75% Refund (minus $50 fee): If canceled 2 weeks before the start date.
• 50% Refund (minus $50 fee): If canceled 1 week before the start date.
• No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 7 days of the camp start date.
• All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@stemtasticcamps.com.
• If STEMTASTIC must cancel a camp session for any reason (e.g., low enrollment, emergencies), a full refund will be provided, including the $50 registration fee.

4. Camper Code of Conduct

We maintain a positive, respectful, and safe environment. All campers are expected to:

• Treat instructors, peers, and camp property with respect.
• Follow all safety and behavioral guidelines during activities and field sessions.
• Avoid disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
• Arrive and Exit the camp sessions in a timely manner.

         STEMTASTIC reserves the right to dismiss any camper who violates these rules, without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Participation in camp activities involves inherent risks.
• STEMTASTIC and its staff are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during camp, except in cases of gross negligence.
• We are also not responsible for any personal property that is lost, damaged, or stolen during the camp.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the participant has adequate health and accident insurance coverage.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our camp materials, including logos, images, videos, and written materials, are the intellectual property of STEMTASTIC,INC. and may not be used or reproduced without express written permission.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect limited personal information during registration to ensure camper safety and program communication. By using our site or enrolling in a camp, you agree to the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy 

8. Website Usage

• The website is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Unauthorized use, scraping, or interference with the site’s operation is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site or enrollment in camps after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
