At Stemtastic, we understand that plans can change. To help accommodate your needs while ensuring fairness and administrative clarity, we’ve outlined our cancellation and refund terms below. This policy applies to all registrations for Stemtastic camp programs.

1. Payment Policy

  • All tuition fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.

  • We accept credit card payments only through our secure online payment gateway.

  • Your registration is not confirmed until full payment is received and a confirmation email has been sent.

2. Non-Refundable Registration Fee

  • Each camp registration includes a non-refundable $50 registration fee, which covers administrative and processing costs.

  • This fee is deducted from any applicable refund amount.

3. Refund Policy Timeline

4. How to Cancel a Registration

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to:

  • Please include:

    • Camper’s full name

    • Registered camp session

    • Reason for cancellation (optional)

5. Camp Cancellations by Stemtastic

  • We reserve the right to cancel a camp session due to:

    • Low enrollment

    • Instructor unavailability

    • Natural disasters or other force majeure events

  • In such cases, you will receive a full refund, including the $50 registration fee, or the option to reschedule to another session at no additional cost.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

7. Transfers and Substitutions

  • Requests to transfer a camper to a different session are allowed based on availability and must be made at least 7 days in advance.

  • Camper substitutions are not permitted without prior written approval.
